 Hi Sara and Albert there are many different allied and french units attending Battle of the Nations this year if you attended last year you will see the difference in the site arrangements and the units that are attending.The battlefield has moved and there is a large beer tent and various other improvements,there is approx 300 re-enactors registered to attend this year so the battles should be excellent again.

Sara, it means Battle of The Nations, an Napoleonic event in England, May 24 to May 27, 2013. It takes place at Hunton Park, Hunton, Maidstone, Kent.

Yes, thankyou for your reply. I already was told that that was the way to go. I am trying to find out which French regiments settled in the river Tagus fortresses during the 1st French invasion of Portugal. Have found some good books and letters.

i dont know about 2nd battalion but i know kai urbanski does the 70eme and the unit is based on the irish replublic

Well, Zachary Smith, my company is developing an Android app that would work with the fireing of the musket to score hits given and taken in a tactical situation. It's the same system that the US military is going to except far less expensive .

Hi, just wanted o know if there anything people can think of which would make 18-19th century reenacting easier, got a school,year 12, project for my HSC and my teacher seggested i do something for reenacting, basically juts has to be an inovation or something which would help with reenacting.
