"Ever thought about doing something in the 18th century? A very interesting time with some very nice clothing. Where abouts do you live, might be able to suggest something that will be of interest to you."

Profile Information

About Me:
Currently a member of the 19th Indiana Volunteer Infantry of the American Civil War Society (UK). Also a founder member of the 22nd Regiment of Foot (UK), an Impression centred around the American Revolutionary War.
I have been invloved in Living History and reenactments for about 14 years or so and have enjoyed every second of it.

I find the process of research and experimentation which goes with the hobby especially interesting. I am also quite interested in period cooking and have been known to attempt it with a fair degree of success!

The last couple of years I have put my efforts towards making items of kit and equipment and have been successful in making ACW shelter halves, Rev War goat skin knapsacks and 2 Federal Army fatigue blouse and hope to start on an 18th Century shirt soon.
Relationship Status:

Alistair,

My friend and I are very Interested in your group, I have to relay on him somewhat as I dont drive you see, thats my problem. Can you tell me what the cost is for jopining and kit please as Iam very interested in becoming a member ? As for the Roman I used to do it for work not within a group but I do Napoleonics with the 68th DLI.

Paul.
